Independent certification supports customer assurance, but it does not replace effective day-to-day governance. Intelex maintains organisation-level certifications across quality management, information security and cyber-security controls and makes scope evidence available through appropriate due-diligence channels.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management
ISO 9001 provides the framework for our quality management system, including customer focus, process control, competence, evidence-based decisions, corrective action and continual improvement. It supports consistent delivery across product engineering, quality assurance and technology services.
ISO/IEC 27001 — Information Security Management
ISO/IEC 27001 supports our risk-based information-security management system. Its scope covers governance, people, assets, access, operations, supplier relationships, secure development, incidents, continuity and continual improvement as applicable to the certified organisation.
Cyber Essentials Plus
Cyber Essentials Plus is the UK Government-backed certification level that independently tests the implementation of the scheme’s five technical control areas: firewalls, secure configuration, security update management, user access control and malware protection. Intelex achieved certification organisation-wide.
Certificate verification
Certificate identifiers, issuing bodies, scope statements and current validity evidence are available to customers and authorised partners on request. Public claims are reviewed when certificates are renewed or their scope changes.
Cloud-provider assurance
Intelex uses Microsoft Azure for relevant cloud services. Certifications and attestations held by Microsoft apply to Microsoft’s service scope and are not presented as Intelex certifications. Customer assurance should consider the shared-responsibility model and the configuration and controls operated by Intelex.
