How Intelex Systems collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information through this corporate website and related enquiries.

Intelex Systems Limited is the controller of personal information collected through this corporate website and through direct corporate enquiries. This notice explains what we process, why, how long we retain it and the rights available to you.

International processing

Intelex operates with integrated delivery capability in the United Kingdom and India and uses global technology suppliers. Where UK personal data is transferred internationally, we use an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguard and assess supplementary protection where required.

Retention

  • General enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact
  • Customer and supplier contract records: normally seven years after the relationship ends
  • Unsuccessful recruitment applications: normally six months after the process closes unless a longer talent-pool period is agreed
  • Website security logs: normally up to 12 months unless required for investigation
  • Consent records and legal claims: for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance or protect legal rights

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is used. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute.
