Our organisation and supply chain
Intelex is a UK-led software product engineering and technology services company with integrated delivery capability in the United Kingdom and India. Our principal supply-chain categories include cloud and software services, telecommunications and connectivity, professional services, recruitment, workplace services, equipment and specialist technology suppliers.
We recognise that risk may arise through labour-intensive services, recruitment chains, outsourced operations, electronics and hardware supply chains, and suppliers operating across multiple jurisdictions.
Standards for our business and suppliers
- Employment must be freely chosen and workers must be free to leave in accordance with applicable law.
- No worker should pay recruitment fees or have identity documents improperly retained.
- Suppliers must not use child labour, forced labour, bonded labour or trafficked labour.
- Working hours, pay, freedom of association, health and safety and non-discrimination must comply with applicable law.
- Concerns must be capable of being raised without retaliation.
Due diligence and risk management
We apply proportionate due diligence when selecting and reviewing material suppliers. This may include ownership and location checks, contractual commitments, evidence requests, sanctions and adverse-media screening, information-security review and assessment of labour or recruitment practices where relevant.
Higher-risk concerns are escalated for management review. Depending on severity and the supplier’s response, action may include an improvement plan, enhanced monitoring, suspension of new work, termination or notification to an appropriate authority.
Our people and recruitment
Intelex uses lawful recruitment and right-to-work processes. We do not charge candidates recruitment fees and expect recruitment partners to follow the same standard. Employment terms, pay and working arrangements are communicated clearly, and employees may raise concerns through management or confidential reporting routes.
Training, reporting and effectiveness
Relevant colleagues involved in recruitment, procurement and supplier management are expected to understand modern-slavery indicators and escalation routes. Reports made in good faith will be handled sensitively and without retaliation.

Employees, suppliers and members of the public may report a concern to uk@intelexsystems.com with the subject ‘Modern Slavery Concern’. Where a person may be in immediate danger, contact the police or the UK Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline.
