Sustainability Statement

How Intelex Systems integrates environmental, social and governance considerations into technology delivery.

For Intelex, sustainability means creating durable value without transferring avoidable cost or harm to people, communities or the environment. We apply this principle to our operations, employment, supply chain, software architecture and client advice.

Responsible technology should be secure, inclusive, maintainable and efficient throughout its lifecycle.

Environmental responsibility

  • Measure and reduce operational greenhouse-gas emissions.
  • Improve cloud, storage and software efficiency.
  • Reduce waste and use responsible equipment recycling.
  • Avoid unnecessary travel and resource consumption.
  • Consider supplier environmental performance in material decisions.

Social responsibility

  • Provide fair, respectful and safe working conditions.
  • Support inclusion, accessibility and equal opportunity.
  • Protect privacy, security and human rights.
  • Develop skills and create meaningful technology careers.
  • Design products around real user needs, including people at risk of exclusion.

Responsible products and services

We consider whole-life maintainability, data minimisation, accessibility, service resilience and energy efficiency during product design. AI and automation should remain subject to proportionate human oversight, clear accountability and evaluation for unintended effects.

Governance and improvement

Sustainability priorities are reviewed through business governance and connected to relevant policies, risk management and supplier decisions. We aim to publish meaningful progress rather than unsupported claims and will correct information found to be inaccurate.
