Integrity and compliance
- Comply with applicable laws, contractual commitments and professional obligations.
- Keep accurate business, financial and operational records.
- Do not misrepresent capabilities, certifications, performance, evidence or customer outcomes.
- Protect confidential information and intellectual property.
Bribery, gifts and improper influence
Intelex prohibits bribery, facilitation payments, kickbacks and any offer or acceptance intended to obtain an improper advantage. Gifts and hospitality must be modest, infrequent, lawful, transparent and never capable of influencing a decision.
- Do not offer anything of value to improperly influence a person.
- Do not accept personal benefit in exchange for favourable treatment.
- Record and escalate gifts or hospitality where required.
- Apply proportionate due diligence to intermediaries and partners.
Conflicts of interest
Actual, potential or perceived conflicts must be disclosed promptly. Intelex will assess the conflict and apply an appropriate control, which may include independent decision-making, restricted access, reassignment or withdrawal from the activity.
Fair dealing and responsible competition
We compete on the quality and value of our work. We do not collude, misuse confidential competitor information, make knowingly false comparisons or unfairly restrict competition. Procurement and supplier selection should use relevant, transparent criteria.
Speaking up
Concerns may be raised with a manager or by emailing uk@intelexsystems.com with the subject ‘Confidential Ethics Concern’. Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern in good faith is not tolerated.
